All transactions on dbl4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
All promotional bonuses are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms are published individually for each promotion. Abuse of bonus offers, including multi-accounting, will result in account suspension.

Any duplicate accounts identified will be merged or closed at our discretion, and any balance or bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts may be confiscated.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering Your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian national identity number (NIK from your KTP or passport number), residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Accounts registered with false or misleading information are subject to immediate suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dbl4d account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dbl4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to Your account caused by Your failure to maintain appropriate security over your login details. Before processing any withdrawal, dbl4d requires You to complete identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to submit a clear copy of a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport, and in some cases a proof of address or proof of payment method. dbl4d may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance monitoring. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
dbl4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
dbl4d does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Deposits and withdrawals must be made from and to accounts registered in Your own name. Payments from or to accounts belonging to other individuals will be rejected and may trigger a compliance review.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in-platform at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. dbl4d reserves the right to apply enhanced verification procedures for high-value transactions.
Deposits are generally credited to Your dbl4d account balance within minutes of confirmed bank or e-wallet receipt. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days following the completion of all applicable KYC checks and internal compliance review. dbl4d is not responsible for delays caused by banking or e-wallet processing schedules outside our control.
All transactions on dbl4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied on the dbl4d platform. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees levied by your own bank or payment provider if you initiate transactions in a currency other than IDR.
dbl4d does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside dbl4d's control and are Your responsibility.
dbl4d offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and other occasions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible game categories are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details — selection, stake amount, and market — are correct before confirming. dbl4d will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error unless a material technical fault on our part can be demonstrated.
Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body (e.g., FIFA, the BRI Liga 1 authority, the relevant badminton federation, or the MotoGP stewards). dbl4d's trading desk reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, and void bets where necessary — for example, in cases of match abandonment, event cancellation, or manifest pricing error.
